Requirements

Diploma or above in electrical or mechanical engineering
3 years or above of relevant work experience (less experienced candidates or fresh graduates with positive attitudes will be considered as Assistant Engineer/Technician)
Experience with refrigeration systems, including brazing copper pipes
Strong electrical or mechanical background for troubleshooting/repair and problem-solving
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in interpreting work instructions, test procedures, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
Physical dexterity to handle laboratory equipment in a dynamic repair center environment
Ability to work overtime or on weekends when required
Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

Represent the company in a positive, professional manner in all dealings with customers, both external and internal
Perform troubleshooting, including component and system failure analysis, using standard diagnostic techniques
Clean, inspect, and document the details of the pre-repair condition of chillers, cold storage, and equipment requiring repair
Replace non-conforming and preventive maintenance parts as required
Perform full checkout, testing, and calibration of repaired instrumentation, providing appropriate test data, documentation, and reports after repair
Optimize and ensure the accuracy of provided tools and consignment parts
Involved in continuous improvement through the Practical Process Improvement Business System
Support ad-hoc projects, field service, and training
