Responsibilities

  • Program manage new product launches; hosting internal product knowledge sessions and implementation training, own the creation of enablement materials and more
  • Utilize SQL and BI tools to monitor the health of products post-implementation partnering with Support and AI Operations to correct any misconfigurations to ensure the client gets the most value out of our products
  • Own feedback loop conversations synthesizing data across multiple channels such as Gong snippets, Support Tickets, Surveys and more, acting as Voice of the Customer helping us find solutions to achieve short and long term goals
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to enhance product offerings, ensuring they deliver maximum value to clients and address market needs effectively
  • Conduct thorough discovery sessions with new clients to understand their product area and requirements
