Strong knowledge of low-voltage, electrical, and civil infrastructure projects, particularly in managing third-party suppliers and installers, is required. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to adapt to shifting project demands and timelines, are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for presenting complex information clearly to various audiences, are crucial. Strong leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, and process management skills are also required. A team player with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate effectively is a must.
The Deployment Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project oversight, including creating detailed implementation plans, managing budgets, and schedules. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality. Key duties include developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, overseeing the change control process, building and nurturing strong client relationships, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, managing inventory delivery schedules, coordinating on-site third-party resources and installers, and conducting regular status calls with stakeholders.
