Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B demand generation, growth, or digital marketing experience (SaaS or enterprise tech preferred)
  • Proven experience running multi-channel demand generation programs, including paid media
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (Salesforce), Outreach, and digital ad platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns for pipeline impact
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams, SDRs, and/or partners to drive joint marketing efforts
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to partner effectively across functions and teams
  • A balance of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, digital, events, content syndication, ABM) to support Embedded pipeline goals
  • Develop targeted campaigns with SDRs to support outbound motions
  • Manage paid digital campaigns across search, social, and display
  • Optimize spend for performance, ROI, and lead quality
  • Support Workato’s Embedded Partner Program by driving joint campaigns, referral motions, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with embedded customers to support their conferences, events, and go-to-market activities
  • Work closely with SDRs and AEs to align campaigns with sales objectives, messaging, and follow-up strategies
  • Provide campaign enablement and guidance to ensure successful execution
  • Track and report on demand generation performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
