7 to 11 years of experience
Mandatory working experience managing CRM campaign operations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email content uploads, scheduling, and deployment, within a B2C/Digital Marketing context
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and take ownership of projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adept with reporting against CRM KPIs and key parameters
Skill in Marketing Operations - Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design

Responsibilities

Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources
Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement, and Media Growth Services
Ensure seamless execution of CRM & Consumer Care initiatives across markets
Collaborate closely with the Digital & Omnichannel Area function to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction
Handle day-to-day deployment and operational execution of CRM & Consumer Care activities, ensuring successful delivery on time and in compliance with company standards
Design, implement, develop, and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and management, and data analysis
Use custom scripting languages to personalize landing pages, create applications, construct cross-channel templates or layouts
