Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience in Python with applications for data analysis, working with large datasets

Responsibilities

  • Be a key representative of the R&C Managed Services team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product
  • Provide quotes and assist with contractual documents
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed
  • Manage a portfolio of solutions, work with multiple stakeholders and communicate progress and blockers with the project team and sponsors
  • Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones screening, reviewing and proofing process and its content across the regions; and that requests from clients and potential clients are dealt with effectively, consistently and timely
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle of the project
  • Design, develop and maintain optimized automation solutions that meet reporting or process improvement needs; develop optimized scripts and visualizations that are fast and easy to comprehend
  • Together with the Manager, R&C Managed Services, work with Product for assessing product enhancements based on internal or client feedback; review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Support R&C team with translation services as and when required
  • Prepare, execute and deliver screening and remediation projects to clients and act as a point of contact for Sales and clients based in APAC, EMEA and AMER
  • Collaborate with project teams based in Europe and the US across different time zones
