Requirements

2-4 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or a related client-facing role
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel and Google Sheets
Experience in Python with applications for data analysis, working with large datasets

Responsibilities

Be a key representative of the R&C Managed Services team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product
Provide quotes and assist with contractual documents
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and arrange necessary actions/follow ups if needed
Manage a portfolio of solutions, work with multiple stakeholders and communicate progress and blockers with the project team and sponsors
Ensure that clients receive clear, responsive communication to queries relating to the Dow Jones screening, reviewing and proofing process and its content across the regions; and that requests from clients and potential clients are dealt with effectively, consistently and timely
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives and agreed timelines, as well as overseeing the entire screening life cycle of the project
Design, develop and maintain optimized automation solutions that meet reporting or process improvement needs; develop optimized scripts and visualizations that are fast and easy to comprehend
Together with the Manager, R&C Managed Services, work with Product for assessing product enhancements based on internal or client feedback; review end-to-end processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Support R&C team with translation services as and when required
Prepare, execute and deliver screening and remediation projects to clients and act as a point of contact for Sales and clients based in APAC, EMEA and AMER
Collaborate with project teams based in Europe and the US across different time zones
