Extensive expertise in scaling digital operations and maximizing ROI
7 years of relevant experience in performance Marketing, growth marketing and Digital Inside Sales
Master's degree (preferably in marketing or business or gained equivalent experience selling digital solutions for 1+ years)

Lead and support a Sales team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback

Determine operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses
Lead high-performing teams while orchestrating complex, cross-channel digital strategies for market-leading brands
Define user requirements; establish production, quality, and customer-service standards; contribute information and analysis to the organization
Maintain and improve operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing & completing action plans; driving process improvement initiatives & quality assurance programs
Accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, sales training, assigning, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Liaise with clients and deliver client asks
Coach and mentor supervisors/Managers to enable them to effectively manage their teams
Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with Sales supervisors
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ideate. Drive the right team culture & ensure process compliance
Generate regular reports on metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilize data-driven insights to improve DIS review processes and identify areas for enhancement
Identify potential risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate these risks
Stay informed about industry best practices and evolving challenges
Collaborate with other teams to align review practices with broader company objectives
Manage the delivery of a program or contracted service to meet schedule, budget, quality and service level requirements
Manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
Track, measure and report project costs, performance issues and risks
Manage financial, contractual and operational commitments in alignment with contract and cost management targets as well as plan and manage resource staffing requirements
