Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Mener à bien la politique commerciale définie par la hiérarchie (implement the commercial policy defined by management)
  • Réaliser les objectifs de Chiffre d’Affaires budgétisé et atteindre les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs (achieve budgeted turnover objectives and qualitative/quantitative targets)
  • Assurer le développement des ventes et de la rentabilité auprès du portefeuille clients (develop sales and profitability with the client portfolio)
  • Respecter les procédures, méthodologies et plans d’actions de l’entreprise (comply with company procedures, methodologies, and action plans)
  • Assurer un suivi régulier de la clientèle (solvabilité, découvert, litiges), quantité et qualité des visites (regular client follow-up (solvency, authorized overdraft, disputes), visit quantity and interview quality)
  • Faire un reporting hebdomadaire au Directeur des Ventes sur l’activité, prix, concurrence et mettre à jour les outils de reporting (weekly reporting to Sales Director on activity, prices, competition, and update reporting tools)
  • Assurer la remontée d’information (provide information feedback)
  • Animer la plate-forme des clients ciblés (animate the targeted client platform)
  • Prospecter (prospect for new clients)
  • Établir des devis et concevoir des organigrammes (prepare quotes and design organigrams)
  • Respecter la politique tarifaire (comply with pricing policy)
  • Communiquer et collaborer avec l’agence commerciale (communicate and collaborate with the commercial agency)
  • S’assurer de la satisfaction et des besoins des clients, et pérenniser les relations (ensure client satisfaction and needs, perpetuate relationships)
  • Suivre et traiter les affaires significatives en liaison avec le service prescription (follow and handle significant deals with the prescription service)
  • Participer activement au suivi du plan d’action commerciale (actively participate in commercial action plan follow-up)
  • Être l’Expert Technico-Commercial régional (be the regional Technical-Commercial Expert)
  • Garant de l’animation et de la formation des clients (guarantee client animation and training)
