Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working on strategic cross functional projects both as a stakeholder and as a project manager
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, Netsuite, Ironclad and other common Quote to Cash & GTM technologies, and experience integrating AI into existing workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to align and coordinate stakeholders, including partnering with Deal Desk, Accounting, Biz Tech, Rev Ops, Legal, Global Sales, and Finance
  • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to distill complex ideas and diverse viewpoints into simple summaries, project plans, and workflows
  • Strong storytelling skills leveraging Salesforce data

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Deal Desk on critical and strategic projects, ensuring preparedness for launches from a quote to order perspective
  • Ensure successful launches by providing reporting, driving fast follow initiatives, and triaging bugs and inefficiencies identified after go-live
  • Partner closely with the Biz Tech team and Enablement team to design, implement, and roll out user friendly enhancements to the Quote to Order Process
  • Serve as subject matter expert on the Deal Desk for new initiatives, launches, and functionality, prepping the broader Deal Desk for upcoming business changes, and truthseeking on behalf of the Deal Desk
  • Refine and integrate existing AI workflows with other broader systems workflows
  • Focus on projects to enhance processes and systems, including planning, scoping, implementation, testing, and ensuring smooth rollout of process enhancements, new product launches, and updated functionality
  • Partner closely with the Biz Tech team, Enablement Team, and serve a “Train the Trainer” function on the Deal Desk
