Requirements

Candidates must possess a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Deal Desk within a SaaS company. Proficiency with computer applications like Google Suite, Slack, Windows, Excel, and Word is required, with SFDC and CPQ experience being a plus. A customer-first perspective, bias towards velocity, and strong business partnering skills are essential. Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies and commercial terms and conditions is expected.

Responsibilities

The Deal Desk Analyst will provide expert guidance to the Sales field and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management. They will participate in deal reviews to drive account-level strategy, ensure deals align with company policies, and review/approve quotes and contracts. Responsibilities include drafting and finalizing contracts, verifying compliance, resolving issues, and supporting sales enablement through training initiatives. The analyst will also drive efficiency and process improvements, and support commercial projects as needed.
