The Data Specialist will present and execute ideas for improving departmental processes, continuously implement and innovate techniques to maximize quality, manage domain assessment reviews, identify individual training needs, and increase domain quotient of team members through regular trainings in collaboration with the Leadership team. They will conduct regular trainings for the team and new joiners, interact with internal and external clients, manage projects from start to finish, provide solutions based on best practices and precedents, act as a subject matter expert, coordinate and manage projects, maintain high ethical standards, ensure clear communication across levels and teams, and dedicate themselves to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diverse perspectives.
