Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, and ideally a Master's degree. They should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, with a focus on people analytics or HR analytics, and demonstrate expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. Responsibilities

The People Analytics Data Scientist will lead and execute the comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s goals, build out the people analytics structure, develop and deliver dashboards and reports to communicate insights, build and maintain scalable data pipelines, analyze data and utilize predictive modeling to surface insights, collaborate with People Business Partners and senior leaders, ensure data integrity, and identify and implement people analytics tools and platforms.
