Position Overview

Nutrafol is seeking a talented Creative Conceptor to join our remote-first team. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to conceptualize and develop big ideas, and write elevated, engaging, and informative copy for our brand. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of the Nutrafol consumer journey, including the regulatory standards and authenticity required for a brand known for its science-backed formulas. You should be adept at speaking to different audiences with an elevated brand voice that remains relatable, human, and genuine. This role thrives on generating out-of-the-box ideas and enjoying a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Conception: Conceptualize brand campaigns that push creative boundaries.
  • Presentation: Clearly and confidently present ideas to stakeholders.
  • Marketing Copywriting: Partner with Growth, Retention, and Brand teams to craft compelling, educational marketing copy that meets and exceeds campaign briefs.
  • Strategic Copywriting: Think strategically about copy, considering lead sources, consumer curiosity, and purchase drivers.
  • Content Transformation: Translate science-heavy terminology into relatable, consumer-friendly content.
  • Brand Voice Alignment: Match the tone of voice to closely align with brand standards.
  • Regulatory Understanding: Develop an understanding of the brand's rigorous guardrails, including language set by Product, Science, and Regulatory teams.
  • Timeline Management: Ability to work on tight timelines and meet deadlines.
  • Agile Execution: Stretch between concepting, writing, editing, and proofreading with agility.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively across marketing and digital departments.
  • End-to-End Execution: Execute top-quality copy from concept to delivery, ensuring compliance with brand standards in all marketing materials.
  • Idea Contribution: Bring unique ideas and a distinct point of view to the table.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience in digital copywriting for an agency or brand.
    • DTC and Health & Wellness experience is a plus.
    • Prior experience conceptualizing and writing copy for an eCommerce company is required.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Figma, Google Suite, and Asana.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong writing, verbal, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Strong ability to incorporate data and research into copywriting.
    • Proven talent for creating fresh, unique, and professional copywriting.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and conceptual skills.
  • Environment Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to successfully juggle multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
