ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced, hands-on Data Engineer to support analytics within our RevOps and Finance teams. This role is crucial for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that drives key business insights and reporting.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Design and Build Data Pipelines: Develop robust ETL processes integrating data from various sources (CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, financial systems) to provide reliable and timely data for RevOps and Finance.
• Ensure Data Quality & Integrity: Implement automated data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high-quality datasets and minimize errors impacting financial reporting or revenue forecasting.
• Develop Data Models: Create and maintain data models that support key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations and finance.
• Automate Reporting Processes: Streamline regular reporting by automating data extractions and report generation, providing stakeholders with real-time insights.
• Document Processes & Methodologies: Maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines, models, and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and consistency.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Proven track record of partnering with RevOps and Finance teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Proficiency with modern data stack tools, including Python, SQL, BI tools, and dbt.
• Experience ensuring alignment on key performance metrics with business stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with APIs for Salesforce, Gong, Stripe, and NetSuite.

This role is remote and can be executed globally. Alternatively, you have the option to work from our offices located in New York, London, and Warsaw.
