Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, automation, technical project/program management, or related disciplines
  • BS/MS or equivalent experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or other technical fields
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, Python, & Databricks (or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and present to technical and business partners

Responsibilities

  • Guide finance teams to identify and deploy data tools based on their business needs
  • Assist in the implementation of machine learning, retrieval augmented generation, AI agents, and Databricks tools
  • Collaborate with finance to understand data requirements and onboard data securely into Finance’s Databricks instance
  • Manage technically and organizationally complex finance data and automation problems
  • Bridge the gap between existing processes and enterprise AI solutions
  • Teach and train finance employees to use a modern data platform
