Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, BI Engineer, or Data Warehousing Engineer, along with strong experience using ETL tools such as Talend or SSIS or Informatica. They should have practical experience working with large datasets, preferably in website lead generation and search engine marketing, SaaS, or cloud computing domains, and a solid foundation in data organization and ETL/ELT processes. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google cloud bucket, Google cloud fusion, Google Big Query, Google Analytics) and AWS & GCP technologies (S3, SQS, Redshift, DocumentDB, etc.) is also required, alongside knowledge of Java/Python and respective build and packaging systems.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Data Engineer will design data science programs, personas, machine learning models, and architecture to support Generative AI, build a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and architects, and help to implement maintenance strategies for all datasets. They will also build resilient data pipelines, own problems from end to end to collect, extract, and clean data, and work with relevant stakeholders to deliver appropriate BI, data warehousing, reporting, and analytical infrastructure, and contribute to performance-tuning techniques and real-time streaming implementation and architecture.
