Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume data entry, customer care, or sales operations support environment

Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently enter customer and business-related information into proprietary applications and Salesforce, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Collect, compile, and verify the accuracy of data received from the Field Support Team, ensuring completeness and correctness prior to entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, cross-referencing multiple systems, and correcting any inconsistencies where possible
Monitor assigned queues and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as necessary
Generate and pull reports as needed, supporting business functions with accurate data insights
Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with customers, internal stakeholders, and iRhythm associates
Exercise appropriate judgment in escalating issues or concerns related to department operations
Strictly adhere to corporate policies, HIPAA regulations, and data privacy standards when handling patient and customer information
Ensure compliance with global and local regulatory standards related to data protection and customer confidentiality
