Job Description

Position Overview:

Spring Health is seeking a Care Support Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence organization. This role will partner closely with the Care Support team, who are at the forefront of delivering compassionate, high-quality support to members. While not a clinical role, it is critical in improving how we connect people with mental health care by supporting the operations of our call center.

About Spring Health:

Our mission is to eliminate every barrier to mental health. We are revolutionizing mental healthcare by removing barriers to access, delivering the right care at the right time through our clinically validated technology, Precision Mental Healthcare. We partner with over 450 companies, including Microsoft, Target, and Delta Airlines, providing care for 10 million people globally. Our innovative platform generates a net positive ROI for employers and is the only company in our category with external validation of net savings for customers. We have raised capital from prominent investors and have a current valuation of $3.3 billion. Join us on our journey to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Care Support team to build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure that supports our call center metrics and related KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards and data visualizations that empower non-technical users within the Clinical Operations team to understand overall trends and drill into drivers of metric movements.
  • Investigate messy, nuanced operational data to uncover hidden insights and translate complex changes into measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate proactively with stakeholders during the introduction of new tools and workflows, participating in proofs-of-concept or testing phases to ensure data reportability and seamless integration with existing reporting structures.
  • Ensure downstream teams can access and utilize data effectively by providing training, documentation, and support for the dashboards and data products you deliver.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost per appointment, headcount utilization, and gross margin improvement, which are foundational to driving operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Surface insights that influence product decisions and help ensure we are delivering on our mission to make mental health care more accessible, seamless, and human.
  • Contribute to key initiatives like process automation and AI tooling by delivering reporting and scalable dashboards, primarily in Looker.
  • Identify high-impact questions, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and drive clarity that leads to better experiences for both members and care teams.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional data team including data scientists and analytics engineers.
