Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, and a minimum of 1-3 years of Analytics experience at a technology-focused organization, high-growth startup, healthcare company, or similar background. They should have hands-on experience working with non-technical end-users, including crafting requirements, designing dashboards, and communicating technical terms and limitations, along with advanced skills in SQL (specifically AWS Athena, Presto, PostgreSQL, or other SQL), Python experience for API integrations and data processing using AWS Lambda, proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, and experience building impactful BI dashboards such as Quicksight, Tableau, or Looker.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will work with large data sets to provide meaningful insights to leadership across Clinical Outcomes, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing, identifying key insights to leverage claims and other business measure data. They will build and maintain internal-facing, self-service dashboards to support day-to-day decisions, develop end-to-end processes for data collection, integration, and reporting from vendors, partner with department leads to improve practices and workflows, communicate technical information to executive and partner audiences, perform technical tasks such as creating business requirements documents and user guides, conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL, Python, and spreadsheets, and periodically review the progress of implemented changes for continuous improvement, as well as undertaking ad hoc projects as requested by the manager.
