Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent
At least 2 years' experience in an operational environment; experience in a distribution and logistics center is an asset
Real understanding of operational processes and data analysis
Expertise in developing and maintaining analysis and reporting tools
Excellent analytical thinking skills
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel), MS Project, Visio; expert in Power BI; familiarity with WMS and WCS systems
Good knowledge of industrial engineering methodologies such as motion studies, space planning, root cause analysis
Able to work in English (minimum C1) and French (minimum B1-B2)
Solution and results-oriented, with effective communication skills
Organized and rigorous
Positive attitude and good team spirit
Responsibilities
Assess efficiency of equipment, processes, and teams by transforming raw data into exploitable information
Respond to requests for analysis of operations and visualize results clearly
Identify and implement improvements in collaboration with Process Engineer team and Operations
Provide accurate and relevant data support for projects
Create and maintain tools to improve day-to-day management of operations, including developing and optimizing Power BI dashboards and designing customized productivity tools
Ensure tools run smoothly and resolve problems quickly
Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to define technical solutions for business needs
Proactively propose continuous improvements to optimize processes and tools
