Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain operations, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role. Fluency in English is essential, and experience in strategy building and performance management, as well as program/project management experience with exposure to ADP, GPS, and PMO, is preferred. A willingness to travel to the DACH region once per month is also required.
The DACH QSC Programs & Performance Manager will ensure alignment of DACH QSC projects and programs with the organizational strategic plan, lead QSC BU SPOCs for various global programs, define program controls and reporting structures, plan and monitor program progress, track the program budget and savings, manage program risks and issues, coordinate projects and their interdependencies, manage program resources, and manage stakeholders involved in the programs. They will also drive improvements in Service, Costs, and Cash across Supply Chain, and incorporate new knowledge to enhance performance.
