This role seeks a passionate individual to contribute to this vision, accelerate growth, and drive innovation within the merchant strategy team. The core mission is to create new value through the PayPay platform, focusing on expanding the reach of cashless payments and the associated financial lifestyle ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in planning and growing a business or service involving system development.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, including stakeholder negotiation with internal and external parties.
  • Skills:
    • Presentation skills using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
    • Simulation and graph creation skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Requirement specification and definition writing skills.
    • Negotiation skills with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • New Service Planning & Launch: Plan and launch new services, including market research and service concept development.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop long-term strategies and execution plans for services.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing departments to develop and execute paid and owned media promotion strategies.
  • Functional Requirements Definition: Define functional requirements for new features and services.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, including process construction, promotional planning, and legal requirement organization.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Strategy: Deep understanding of overseas and domestic service platform schemes and cases.
  • Service Innovation: Create innovative services to support the digital transformation of legacy industries (e.g., restaurants, retail).
