Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve the end-to-end customer experience in the financial sector
  • Consult and support the customer experience team
  • Create journey maps, personas, blueprints, and concepts
  • Develop low-fidelity designs
  • Plan and execute discovery research approaches
  • Translate research insights into solid design solutions and provide a strong rationale for design decisions
  • Work closely with Project Business Leads and Tech Leads to understand customer needs
