The position supports CX sales across Germany, engaging with customers from diverse industries. You will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Zoom’s CX portfolio, which includes Contact Center (CCaaS), Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement solutions, by aligning these offerings with genuine business needs. The primary mission is to assist organizations in reimagining their customer and agent experiences through AI-powered, personalized, and proactive interactions.
