This role involves collaborating with account executives and Zoom channel partners to identify Customer Experience (CX) opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and execute strategic sales. The position supports CX sales across Germany, engaging with customers from diverse industries. You will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Zoom’s CX portfolio, which includes Contact Center (CCaaS), Virtual Agent, and Workforce Engagement solutions, by aligning these offerings with genuine business needs. The primary mission is to assist organizations in reimagining their customer and agent experiences through AI-powered, personalized, and proactive interactions. As a dedicated advocate for Zoom’s CX vision, you will communicate the company's value proposition by highlighting innovation, operational excellence, and a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and resilience for a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to present commercially compelling business value proposals.
  • Proven experience in Contact Center (PBX/Telephony) sales or solution consulting.
  • Proven experience in Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) sales.
  • Demonstrated command of solution-selling and value-selling methodologies.
  • Expertise with the MEDDPICC sales framework.
  • Ability to present to live audiences at industry events (e.g., conferences, executive briefings).
  • A record of sales excellence (e.g., President’s Club, Champions Circle, or equivalent).
  • Experience using Salesforce, Clari, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to travel as needed across Germany.
