Requirements

Problem solving skills: Ability to formulate a framework and roadmap to solve complex and ambiguous business/product problems in partnership with various data functions
Knowledge of advanced analytics methods: Hands-on expertise in data profiling, modeling to deliver deep understanding of outcome drivers and curated insights/recommendations
Strong analytical skills: Ability to form hypotheses, draw meaningful insights from disparate data sources, understand data, process it, extract value, visualize it, and communicate insights to various audiences including senior management
Ability to translate business and technical dimensions: Coach and mentor analysts to identify business opportunities and break down complex problems into analytics workstreams, ensuring deliverables enhance enterprise and client outcomes
Ability to synthesize and communicate analytics perspective to technical and non-technical senior leadership, delivering clear presentations on the value of analytics in solving CX challenges
Expert stakeholder management skills: Actively build and deliver analytics roadmap and OKRs, collaborate in a matrixed organization
Foresight and planning: Recognize ongoing needs for operationalization, pre-empt requests, and plan roadmap for deliverables and roadshows
Nice to have: Experience in experimentation
Minimum of eight years related work experience in Analytics and Data Science
Experience working in SQL, Python, Tableau, and AWS
Experience through progressive growth from hands-on analytics to people leadership
Minimum of 3 years experience building and presenting executive level PowerPoint presentations
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience (graduate degree preferred)

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor analysts to identify business opportunities and breakdown complex business problems into analytics workstreams
Ensure all work deliverables lead to enhanced enterprise and client outcomes
Synthesize and communicate the analytics perspective to technical and non-technical senior leadership
Deliver clear and concise presentations to showcase the value of analytics in solving complex CX challenges
Actively build and deliver the analytics roadmap and OKRs
Collaborate through a matrixed organization for delivery
Recognize ongoing and repetitive needs that can be operationalized to free up analytics bandwidth for higher value work
Pre-empt requests and plan roadmap for various deliverables and roadshows
