Requirements

Completed technical or IT education in an industrial environment (robotics, mechatronics, electronics, automation, computer science) or related field
Customer mindset, placing the customer at the center of decision-making and striving to create a positive and satisfying experience
Experience in a first level support role or help desk environment with direct customer contact
Familiarity with Linux and routine use of the command line
Ability to understand new systems quickly and grasp complex frameworks
Curiosity for customer problems and industrial solutions
Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex systems
Strong English language skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

Responsibility for software and system support of our ANYmal robot
Respond to customer inquiries via ticketing system, email, video calls, and phone
Be a technical point of contact for leading worldwide industrial customers, provide technical support and consult customers
Diagnose and resolve customer problems
Escalate non-conformities to development or defects to technical support
Coordinate problem tracking and resolution across multiple departments
Tight interfacing with field engineering, account managers, and quality assurance to continuously improve customer experience
Stay up-to-date with continuous training of new product and software releases
