Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in customer support, client services, or operations, preferably in SaaS or healthcare. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are required. The ability to learn and explain technical products to non-technical users, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience with healthcare operations, credentialing, or payer enrollment is a bonus.
The Customer Support Lead will be responsible for setting up customer support infrastructure, responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a seamless user experience. They will identify root causes of customer issues, coordinate between the Operations team and clients, and escalate complex problems to Product or Engineering when necessary. Responsibilities also include educating customers on platform features, managing support tickets, capturing customer feedback for product improvement, contributing to support documentation, and advocating for the customer voice within the organization.
