The Customer Support Expert will deliver personalized, best-in-class support to customers, resolving issues through effective ticket responses via phone and text. They will master the GlossGenius product, answer support tickets, and build strong customer relationships. Additionally, they will contribute to team and company goals, such as customer acquisition and retention, and identify opportunities to improve support resources like macros and the help center.
