Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM products is necessary, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is a bonus. Experience in subscription-based billing customer support is also considered a plus.
The Customer Support Agent will help resolve user queries, primarily via email, and recommend appropriate solutions.
