The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of prior experience in Customer Success within a SaaS, fast-paced organization. A strong scalability and customer excellence mindset is essential, alongside excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills. A hybrid customer and product-driven mentality prioritizing client satisfaction and scale is also required.
This role involves managing a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts, contributing to the development of the scaled Customer Success playbook, and building strong relationships with high-potential clients. Key responsibilities include owning upsell, cross-sell, and renewal processes for the scale segment, implementing repeatable and self-serve processes for customers, and measuring/improving customer satisfaction and experience. The role also requires monitoring customer usage and adoption to identify improvement areas or revenue expansion opportunities, and owning NRR and customer health KPIs.
