The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments, identifying and flagging risks that will lead to customer churn. They will build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation, while also serving as an internal advocate for clients with Deel by championing new products and capabilities. Additionally, they will provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests.
