Who Are You?

You will be the primary point of contact for Deel's clients, both internally and externally. This dynamic role requires you to build strong, lasting customer relationships and convert them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on operational and product-related matters. Simultaneously, you will champion new products and capabilities internally, advocating for clients to facilitate their business expansion with Deel.

You are a passionate business builder who thrives on solving complex, challenging, and often ambiguous problems to drive significant business impact. You are hands-on and comfortable diving into data for insights, as well as managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. A collaborative, high-performance team environment is essential for you.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts: Manage a high volume of small spend accounts within either the SMB/MM or ENT segments.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate client relationships by understanding pain points, providing effective solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
  • Product Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high-quality, day-to-day experience for all customers.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and completion of customer requests.
