Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in IT, Risk, and Compliance, or IT-GRC
  • Experience performing or supporting control testing, audit walkthroughs, ITGC reviews, SOC readiness, SOX testing, or similar governance activities (strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting or implementing GRC platforms or enterprise control environments (preferred)
  • Experience with AB modules, data load process, and advanced configurations (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Lucidchart, PowerBI, and/or other data visualization tools (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer-centric mindset with passion for working daily with customers to maximize their investment
  • Enjoy solving technical challenges and answering first-level technical questions
  • Genuine passion for working in the tech space

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, creating strategic plans aligned with their business objectives to drive mutual success and growth
  • Stay abreast of product updates and features, providing customers with insights on leveraging solutions for their unique needs
  • Proactively identify and address customer issues, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolution
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, advocating for customer needs to drive product improvements
  • Conduct 1:many training sessions (e.g., live webinars, email outreaches, community content) to empower customers and provide ongoing education/support
  • Maximize customer value from products/services, ensure solutions meet/exceed expectations, drive high satisfaction/loyalty, minimize churn, and foster long-term relationships
  • Identify and execute opportunities for account expansion through upselling or cross-selling
