Requirements

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of the financial services ecosystem, ideally with hands-on experience in Hedge Funds, PE, VC, or Investment Banking. A passion for digital metrics and an understanding of how web performance relates to investment decisions are essential. Proven success in client-facing roles, the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Strategy, or a related field are required. Candidates must be confident presenters, analytical thinkers capable of designing data-driven solutions, and comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment with strong project management skills. Experience using Similarweb or other digital intelligence platforms, fluency in multiple languages, and proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within investor accounts, guiding them on leveraging Similarweb for due diligence, trend identification, and portfolio evaluation. They will analyze digital traffic and engagement data to create insightful narratives tailored to investor KPIs, delivering these through presentations and reports. The role involves owning the client onboarding journey, training users to become power users, and cultivating long-term partnerships by understanding client goals and aligning solutions. Proactive client management includes anticipating pain points, mitigating churn, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring clients realize the value of the data. Becoming a subject matter expert on Similarweb's product suite to offer tailored solutions and innovative use cases is also a key responsibility.
