Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations (SaaS & AI experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CS metrics, data analysis, and proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake, and Excel/Sheets
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with CS, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance
  • Ability to manage complex tasks with multiple stakeholders independently
  • Self-motivated with a passion for identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and analytical
  • Experience with AI innovation, Regenerative AI, and Agentic AI capabilities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Catalyst, Looker, Snowflake, and other SaaS tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operational support to the CS team, ensuring efficient use of systems, processes, and playbooks
  • Own the design, implementation, and upkeep of dashboards and reports to support CS team visibility, leadership alignment, and strategic readouts for QBRs/EBRs
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Conduct customer base analyses to surface trends, retention risks, and upsell opportunities
  • Implement processes, workflows, and email campaigns to support strategic initiatives and drive revenue retention
  • Manage key CS projects, acting as the operational lead on cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with CS, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Finance teams to drive customer outcomes and improve internal efficiency
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support CS team visibility and strategic readouts
  • Identify and address operational challenges with data, systems, and process improvements
  • Provide technical support and guidance to CS team members on using tools and systems
