The Packaging vertical within NielsenIQ is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-centric professional with a passion for data to join our growing team as a Global Client Success Manager. This role reports into the Global Packaging Leader and requires a client-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a strong data-driven solution background, and in-depth knowledge of the CPG industry. The primary function of this role is to support the team in administrative tasks essential for building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.
This vertical has been instrumental in shaping the industry narrative for clients within the packaging sector. As a Global Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day ownership of service provision to our global packaging client base. Your responsibilities will include coordinating data delivery, providing key industry insights on sustainability, eCommerce, and other packaging trends, and managing regular reporting outputs.
