Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 5 or more years of experience in customer success or account management, specifically within the legal sector. They should have experience with Practice Management Systems such as Casepeer, MerusCase, Litify, and Filevine, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and software development lifecycles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build strong relationships, are also required, as is proven ability to manage complex projects and timelines, prioritize effectively, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and leveraging the Foundation AI platform to help them achieve their goals. They will establish and maintain strong client relationships, develop a deep understanding of the platform and its use cases, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, proactively monitor client usage, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, provide regular updates and reports, and be responsible for renewals, upselling, training, and post-implementation solutioning. They will also act as an advocate for clients internally and work effectively in a remote environment.
