Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a services and/or selling role, prior experience in Customer Success or a history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention within a SaaS organization, an understanding of Appcues and typical Product-Led growth strategies, general understanding of integrations, APIs, and/or WebHooks, experience partnering with customers to define and achieve business outcomes, and familiarity working with customers of sizes relevant to the assigned segment.
This Customer Success Manager will support mid-market customers in the Eastern Region, working EST hours, guiding customers through a smooth onboarding process, developing tailored success plans to drive product adoption and alignment with customer goals, conducting product training sessions, building and nurturing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor, regularly reviewing customer goals and success metrics, monitoring customer usage and proactively addressing adoption risks, identifying expansion opportunities, collaborating with Account Management to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, sharing best practices and success stories, serving as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to relay feature requests, aligning with Support and Implementation teams, contributing to internal knowledge sharing, developing and executing strategies to improve customer retention, identifying and nurturing champions, and developing customer success stories and thought leadership content.
