As a Customer Success Manager, you will proactively manage customer accounts, leading them through the onboarding process and ensuring they realize maximum value from DevRev’s platform. You will develop product adoption strategies, provide technical expertise, enable integrations with existing tool stacks, and identify and address customer risks. Additionally, you will contribute to customer growth by sharing insights through data analysis and collaborating with internal stakeholders across various teams to optimize customer journeys and drive tangible business results.
