Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager at DataCamp, you will be responsible for increasing data & AI readiness at enterprise organizations by understanding their data & AI upskilling opportunities and gaps, and then driving retention and growth of DataCamp within those organizations. You will also coach clients on how to best leverage the DataCamp for Business platform to support their data & AI transformation initiatives, collaborating with sales, product, support, and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals.
