Customer Success Manager

Candidates must be fluent in both German and English, possess 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, project management, pre-sales or post-sale services, and have experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota. They should have a book of Enterprise customer accounts (4000+ Employees).
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the 'voice of the customer' and provide internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention, schedule and prepare Success Business Reviews for customers, understand their digital adoption goals and recommend technology solutions, educate customers on the product features, understand industry trends and challenges, establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders, monitor customer health, and partner with internal teams to ensure renewals and expansions.
