Requirements

  • Proven experience in Customer Success roles or Client Consulting roles focused on data/technology solutions or experience in data governance, data quality, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of the data ecosystem and technologies like Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Looker, dbt etc
  • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights and product improvements and help customers achieve & measure ROI
  • Experience driving renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English

  • Partner with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups as a trusted advisor
  • Deliver measurable results by impacting customer ROI through effective metadata management
  • Influence the evolution of Atlan's solutions with insights and expertise
