Responsibilities

  • 強固な関係構築、製品知識、計画、実行を通じて、Boxのトップ顧客およびエンタープライズ顧客に対するすべての販売後の活動を管理する
  • Box製品について深く理解し、顧客に対してビジネスニーズに最も適した機能・特徴を説明する
  • 導入、チェンジマネジメント、定着、活用の計画作成と実行
  • 顧客との定例会議、四半期ヘルスチェックを含む戦略的なレビューなどによるリテンション率向上
  • 解約リスクやヘルススコアを管理し、リスクを除く活動を積極的に行う
  • 営業およびプロフェッショナルサービス部門と連携し、Boxを各顧客のコアアーキテクチャの一部にするための計画を策定する
  • プロダクトおよびエンジニアリング部門と連携し、機能要望や不具合の特定とフォローアップを実施する
  • 顧客の声を代表する立場として機能し、社内へフィードバックを提供する
