Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in an externally-facing project management role. A strong work ethic and motivation for personal and team growth are essential. Candidates must possess a can-do attitude and be willing to take initiative. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to various stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are necessary, along with a team-first mentality. Fluency in German is also required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will manage and own the execution of premium vendor partnerships, being directly responsible for the revenue generated from each deal. They will support account executives during negotiations and take ownership of the relationship post-agreement. Preparing and leading training for new partners to ensure a seamless onboarding process is essential. The role includes spending 1-2 days on-site with vendors to ensure successful integration of the Choco AI proposition. Upselling new propositions and managing contract renewals with existing partners will be required. Additionally, the manager will liaise between partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and share vendor feedback with the product and marketing teams.
