The Customer Success Manager will document client onboarding challenges, provide recommendations for improvement, and assist clients with defining their strategy around CDK solutions. They will also maintain relationships with dealership management, assess risk factors, prepare client reports and presentations, identify training needs, and partner with Sales to retain clients and drive growth, ultimately maximizing client onboarding satisfaction and utilization of CDK products.
