Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management, and a strong understanding of B2C brands and customer support strategies. Experience with mobile-first asynchronous messaging, Bots, and AI is preferred.
The Customer Success Manager will build strong relationships with Helpshift’s customers, partnering with Account Managers to drive renewals and growth, establishing critical goals, and presenting quarterly business review data. They will serve as a trusted product expert, advocating for customer needs, managing issue escalations, and educating clients on best practices regarding SDK configurations and internal Dashboard setup, while also managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
