Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have at least 3 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role. Strong understanding of API concepts and experience with API development is required, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript. Familiarity with workflow automation tools and concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Engineer will design and develop automation stories within Tines, connecting various tools using their APIs, and collaborate closely with customers during their onboarding, growth, and expansion phases. They will educate customers on utilizing the platform, partner with Customer Success Managers to review customer health and develop success plans, and communicate customer needs to internal teams like Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure Tines builds the correct roadmap. Additionally, the CSE will support Professional Services engagements, recognize and address issues with customer resources, and provide support across multiple teams as needed.
