The Customer Success Engineer will act as a hands-on partner to ensure customer adoption of Deepgram's AI solutions, solve complex technical challenges, and identify opportunities for expansion. Responsibilities include nurturing and growing relationships with strategic customers and technology partners, leading initiatives for joint adoption and enablement, and driving measurable business outcomes.
