Customize security solutions to fit sophisticated customer environments; occasionally develop bespoke solutions to meet unique needs, leveraging software engineering background
Act promptly on technical issues, applying advanced troubleshooting skills and understanding of programming and DevOps practices to ensure customer success
Forge lasting relationships with a broad spectrum of clients, from agile startups to global enterprises
