Customer Success Engineer - Field Engineering

Candidates must have at least 2 years of software, hardware, or cloud experience in a customer-facing role. A B.S. in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or a related field is required, and candidates must be U.S. Persons. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of technical experience in enterprise cloud, hardware, or software, general knowledge in high-performance computing (HPC) disciplines, and experience with HPC simulation software. Strong presentation skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects are also desired.
The Customer Success Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor, owning the technical relationship with customers. Responsibilities include leading technical activities from deployment to user training and support, collaborating with Solutions Architects for successful deployments, analyzing technical needs and workflows, onboarding new customer workflows, and defining customers' digital transformation strategies. The role also involves presenting Rescale solutions at various events and providing feedback to Product Management for continuous improvement.
