Candidates should possess broad knowledge of current SDLC and the tooling that development organizations use to build applications, along with honed project management and interpersonal skills. They should also demonstrate a desire to build long-term relationships and help customers be successful, and be authorized to work without sponsorship in the United Kingdom.
The Customer Success Engineer will mentor and educate customers on implementation and usage best practices for the Sonatype Nexus Platform, discover and analyze gaps in the customer experience, act as the voice of the customer, and ensure customers are successful and delighted with Sonatype products and services. They will also identify early warning signals, work with multi-functional teams to address them, drive improvements, influence product roadmap, and deploy customer advocacy programs, and may be required to travel up to 20% to customer locations.
Manages and secures open-source software usage
